Here is a beautiful Montblanc Safety 4M from the 1920s with an excellent 14-carat gold nib.

The nib is stamped with "TRADE MARK," and the cap is engraved with "Montblanc" and "STÖFFHAAS Hamburg Berlin Leipzig". The engraving on the barrel, "Simplo Original Montblanc," is only faintly visible.

After disassembling the pen, I carefully restored the surfaces, making sure not to wear down the engravings further. I gently polished out the scratches in the large star logo and brought the cap top back to a high shine.

I also crafted and installed a new, perfectly fitting sealing cork. Another beautiful piece of Montblanc and writing history.
