During this restoration, I had the following tasks to complete:

• Removing the brownish layer that had formed on the hard rubber without damaging the engravings.

• Removing the dried-up ink sac and replacing it with a new sac.

• Restoring the pump mechanism to working condition.

• Installing a suitable Montblanc nib.
